The milestone prompted big moves – a second location in Concord, a new contemporary look in Guildford – and though there’s more seating than ever, they’re all taken come lunchtime. It could be its food, a joyous expression of wood-fired Lebanese brunch fare. It could be its evolution, embracing modernity while maintaining tradition.
