Wisconsin MBB adds home non-conference game to 2026-27 schedule

The Wisconsin Badgers men's basketball team has added a non-conference game to its 2026-27 schedule.According to The Field of 68's Rocco Miller, Wisconsin is set to welcome Colorado State to the Kohl Center on Wednesday, December 30.Seeing as the next night is New Years Eve, it's safe to assume this would be head coach Greg Gard's final game on the schedule in 2026 before the calendar flips to 2027.

CSU is fresh off a 21-13 season that was good for seventh place in the Mountain West. They were granted a spot in the NIT tournament, but fell to St. Joseph's, 69-64, in the first round.

Coincidentally, they hosted Nevada on December 30 and fell, 75-62. After falling to 12-10, Colorado State saved its 2025-26 season by winning eight straight games from February 7 to March 4.
