Will Dodgers Call Up or Trade River Ryan?

At 27 years old, the Los Angeles Dodgers are taking their time with right-handed pitching prospect River Ryan.Ryan, a former No. 340 overall draft pick back in 2021, has been tremendous this season at the Triple-A level.

That said, he's coming off Tommy John surgery, so the team's cautious approach is more than justified.Sure, that surgery was back in 2024, but Ryan is finally starting to look like himself again and it's not like LA was ever in desperate need to call up a starter.
