Sarangi, GM (M&HS) attended as chief guest and inaugurated the event. Addressing the gathering, Mr. Sarangi said yoga is a timeless practice essential for physical well-being, mental resilience, and emotional harmony.
He emphasised that integrating yoga into daily life is crucial for managing stress and enhancing productivity. “A healthy workforce is the foundation of a strong organisation,” he said.Y.
Chandra Sekhar, GM (HR) services, urged employees and families to become ambassadors of healthy living. Over 500 participants, including senior officials, employees, and school children, performed various asanas under the guidance of Yoga Guru A. Kanaka Rao.
