TNAU plans to start first-year UG classes on September 9

UG online counselling will be held for students admitted under 7.5% government school students quota from July 9 to 15, and diploma offline counselling will take place on July 14 and 15

Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) has announced that classes for first year UG programmes will start on September 9. Spot admission for vacant seats will be carried out from September 15, a TNAU press release said.UG online counselling will be held for students admitted under 7.

5% government school students quota from July 9 to 15, and diploma offline counselling will take place on July 14 and 15.The four phases of certificate verification under the general and 7.5% quota will take place from July 20 to August 27.

Out of 26,709 applications received, 24,435, including 15,757 girls, were found eligible.The admissions are being made to 2,516 seats in government colleges under TNAU, 3,051 government quota seats in affiliated colleges and 340 seats in the Faculty of Agriculture, Annamalai University.For more information, call 9488635077 / 9486425076 or send email to ugadmissions@tnau.
