Stevie Nicks and Tim McGraw will perform at the wedding of pop superstar Taylor Swift and Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, according to a report.The event, which experts are predicting will be “bigger than the Met Gala”, has been shrouded in secrecy — but further details emerged this week, with a New York Times report revealing that a permit had been filed with New York City to close the streets around Madison Square Garden for an event on July 3, which points further towards the city’s world-famous arena as the chosen venue.Sources have now told Page Six that Fleetwood Mac singer Nicks and country artist McGraw have been chosen to perform.

Swift, who is known for giving fans “Easter egg” clues ahead of her album releases, may have provided a major hint when she wore a shirt reading “Stevie Knicks” to Game 4 of the NBA Finals on June 10 at Madison Square Garden between the New York Knicks and the San Antonio Spurs.McGraw is also tied to Swift’s lore — her first-ever Billboard hit, released in 2006, was called “Tim McGraw.”“I’ve heard Taylor invited so many people it’s going to be bigger than the Met Gala,” a source told PageSix.

Some commentators have predicted that the pair will not use the venue as a traditional arena, but erect a tent or structure inside the venue for increased privacy.Currently, the venue has no planned performances or sporting events between June 29 and July 6. The venue can hold up to 22,000 people for concerts and around 18,000 for sports games.
