6% of the 1,253 greenfield FDI projects announced in Dubai during the year and involved an estimated $265m (US$205m) in capital investment.Singapore ranked seventh among Dubai’s source countries by project count, improving from 10th place in 2024, when it contributed 27 projects worth $148m (US$115m).Business services and software and IT services were the leading sectors by project count, with eight projects each.
