The fan stated: “After the game we went back to Boston, got a cab, went to the airport to go home, and I thought, I’m not going home, I’m staying.“So I get back out the taxi, I got another taxi straight back into Boston to come here to watch this game.“The Boston people are amazing.
This is the best city I’ve ever been in in my life, bar none. It’s incredible, the people, this is why I stayed, because you guys are just amazing.”Watching the Scottish fans embrace Boston has been truly incredible, and the relationship between the city and the European nation is now expected to be strengthened after the World Cup is over.
