According to the vice president, the protest will be held right in front of the International Criminal Court’s (ICC) detention facility at the Scheveningen prison complex. She is currently in The Hague to visit her father. What for?’ I said, ‘Just so we can vent our anger,’” she added. Former President Duterte is facing three counts of crimes against humanity over his administration’s war on drugs, which killed at least 6,000 people, according to government records, and more than 30,000, including children as young as three years old, according to human rights groups.
