Ad Cucurella will be seen in action for Spain against Cabo Verde (June 15), Saudi Arabia (June 21) and Uruguay (June 26) in Group H of the World Cup. According to Football Insider's Pete O'Rourke (via Football365), the Blues are looking for a fee in the range of £120 million for the Argentine.
O'Rourke suggests that the London side are looking to make a profit on the then-British record £106.8 million fee they spent to sign him from Benfica. Ad Fernandez could possibly move to Manchester City and reunite with former Blues boss Enzo Maresca.
However, with the Cityzens' attention focused on signing Elliot Anderson from Nottingham Forest, it is unlikely that they make a move for the Argentine midfielder.Real Madrid have considered Fernandez as an option to improve their quality in midfield. However, new boss Jose Mourinho has claimed that the Merengues should invest in the overall growth of the squad instead of signing big-money players.
