Popular star refuses to reveal if his AEW contract is expiring; future up in the air

The faction eventually separated. He managed to win the TNT Championship during his singles run. However, he hasn't recieved much opportunities from the company since 2023.

During this period, he continued to wrestle on independent promotions. Recently, he was paired with Top Flight, and the group is referred to as Sky Flight. While they were regularly featured on Collision and ROH, the 43-year-old star hasn't been seen in the company since March 2026.
Also, it was reported that his contract is expiring soon. Recently, while speaking with Tagging in with Chris Harris, Scorpio Sky was asked about his status. He said that he is focused on today rather than tomorrow and refused to talk about his contract status.
