“We hope to take advantage of the Northern Metropolis development to gradually enhance the living and spatial environment for residents,” he wrote.“For residential units built [there], the size configuration of public housing is being optimised, and the minimum size requirements for private housing units are also being raised.”Flat size configurations refer to the layout and number of rooms in a flat.
