“The case is being investigated under Section 505 of the Penal Code for making statements conducive to public mischief.”DCP Alzafny said the investigation was also being carried out under Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act for the improper use of network facilities or services.Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor speaks at a Barisan Nasional rally on Saturday.
