Monga has been the subject of much interest this summer, and it looks as though City nearly have their man. Reports suggest City will pay up to £12.5m for the 16-year-old winger.

Monga turns 17 in five days, when he can sign his first professional contract. Everton have agreed a deal to sign Tyrique George from Chelsea, according to Sky Sports. George spent last season on loan at the club and the deal will be worth around £24 million.

The deal is also understood to include a 15 per cent sell-on clause for Chelsea.
