reported continued construction progress on Jurong Island Logistics Hub Phase II through June 2026, with structural works reaching the sixth and seventh floors.“Other building works, including superflat floor construction, installation of fire-fighting equipment and facilities, and plumbing works, have also progressed smoothly,” the company said.Warehouse racking installation and overhead crane works have started in preparation for operations upon obtaining the Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP).
COSCO is demolishing part of the Phase I structure up to the seventh level to connect Phase I and Phase II, whilst maintaining ongoing Phase I operations.The group said it is coordinating with main contractor Cogent Holdings and equipment vendors on warehouse automation and crane systems.“The Group is also monitoring the progress of warehouse construction and discussing with the main contractor and consultants on matters relating to the construction works, including the partial TOP,” it said.
