Iowa's highest-rated players in 'EA Sports' College Football 27'

It's less than a week until EA Sports' newest installment, "College Football 27", hits shelves. With the game's release just around the corner, excitement is growing among college football fans.Iowa football helped fuel that excitement on Friday by releasing some more of its player ratings.

The Hawkeyes had previously announced the ratings for Kade Pieper, Trevor Lauck, and DJ Vonnahme since they were all in the top ten of their respective positions. In a recent social media post, the Hawkeyes revelaed the ratings of their 14 highest-rated players in the game.Here's a look at the list along with the rating for each player.

The game identifies the Hawkeyes' strengths next season along the offensive line and in the back end of the defense. The other five players are offensive skill-position guys, including a nice rating for transfer receiver Tony Diaz.

The position groups not represented on this list include quarterback, linebacker, and defensive line. Those are groups that are facing some big questions entering the 2026 season. They're replacing a lot of talent, and the game seems to be aware of that.
