Until now, the cheapest price I’d ever seen the AirPods Pro 3 fall to was £189, so I genuinely couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw Amazon had slashed them to just £170. And I’m not alone in declaring them my favourite pair of wireless earbuds. In his AirPods Pro 3 review, tech critic David Phelan called the earbuds “a major and impressive upgrade” on the previous generation.
With eight hours of active noise cancellation, he described them as “some of the best premium wireless earbuds you can buy”. I’ve been wearing them since launch and the new features, including live translation and heart-rate monitoring, have made them even more useful for travelling and workouts. They’re about to get even better, too.
With iOS 27, Apple will roll out a Custom EQ, letting you create your own sound profile and customise the audio just the way you like. At £170, I’m very tempted to put a pair into my basket for my very envious dad this Father’s Day.£219 £170 from Amazon.
