Peza says Hann Philippines has signed a registration agreement as an economic zone domestic market enterprise for tourism, covering the company’s integrated mixed-use project in Capas, Tarlac. The registration covers an initial P10-billion investment and is expected to generate more than 220 jobs, according to Peza. The agreement was signed on June 23 by Peza director general Tereso Panga and Hann Philippines vice president for finance, corporate secretary and treasurer Mitchell Estacio. Recall that in 2025, Peza reclassified Hann Reserve from a tourism economic zone into a mixed-use special economic zone, paving the way for a wider range of investments beyond hospitality.

The second phase, targeted for completion by 2030, will add residential and retail components, golf entertainment facilities, an international school, additional public park developments and a river golf course.
