GOP firebrand moves to dissolve Congressional Black Caucus: ‘Federally sanctioned segregation’

FIRST ON FOX: A Republican firebrand is pushing legislation to abolish some of the most influential Democratic groups in Congress.Rep. Nancy Mace, R-S.

C., introduced a resolution Thursday barring the formation of House caucuses organized around race, ethnicity or national origin.If adopted, the measure would effectively force the dissolution of Democrat-aligned groups, including the Congressional Black Caucus, the Congressional Hispanic Caucus and the Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus.
