Bloomberg Tax, a division of Bloomberg Industry Group, has added EY US as a member of its Bloomberg Tax Certified Implementer Programme (CIP). Under the programme, EY US will support organisations in deploying and refining the Bloomberg Tax Provision, Bloomberg Tax Workpapers and Bloomberg Tax Fixed Assets solutions within their tax functions. Particularly, EY US will help companies design and document tax processes, manage data transformation, and automate calculations and reporting.
Bloomberg Tax head Evan Croen said: “We are thrilled to welcome EY to our Certified Implementer Programme for Bloomberg Tax Provision, Bloomberg Tax Fixed Assets and Bloomberg Tax Workpapers. “This collaboration underscores our commitment to providing our customers with a world-class network of support.” Bloomberg Tax Workpapers is a cloud-based application that combines spreadsheet-style flexibility with automated data handling, together with embedded tax guidance and controls to manage the preparation of workpapers.
Bloomberg Tax Fixed Assets is an enterprise system for tracking capital assets and calculating depreciation across large or complex asset bases. Meanwhile, Bloomberg Tax Provision is a tax provision software platform designed to help tax teams forecast and calculate income tax expense and related balances for financial reporting. EY Americas Financial Services Tax Technology and Transformation leader Coskun Cavusoglu said: “As a leading professional services firm, EY is excited to work with Bloomberg Tax as a Certified Implementer for Bloomberg Tax Provision, Bloomberg Tax Fixed Assets and Bloomberg Tax Workpapers.
“As organisations continue to streamline efficiency and embrace transformation, our teams are here to help by outfitting clients with tailored solutions and the effective use of Bloomberg Tax Provision and Bloomberg Tax Workpapers." Last month, EY and Microsoft deepened their alliance, committing more than $1bn over five years to help organisations scale AI across their operations. "EY US joins Bloomberg Tax implementer network " was originally created and published by International Accounting Bulletin, a GlobalData owned brand.
