The district administration is preparing for the scheduled visit of Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu to Banaganapalle mandal on July 9 for the distribution of Pattadar passbooks to farmers.District Collector Rajakumari Ganiya held a meeting with officials from all the departments to review the preliminary arrangements for the Chief Minister’s event and the progress of various departmental activities.Speaking on the occasion, Ms.

Rajakumari Ganiya urged officials to make meticulous arrangements for the Chief Minister’s visit to Banaganapalle. She directed that measures be taken to prevent traffic disruptions, considering the expected attendance of farmers, the general public, and public representatives. She instructed officials to designate locations for vehicle parking and make robust security arrangements.

Ms. Rajakumari Ganiya asked officials to attend the programme fully prepared with comprehensive information to answer the Chief Minister’s queries. The review by the Chief Minister will cover various sectors, including pension distribution, medical and health services, groundwater, horticulture, handlooms, the Roads and Buildings Department, Panchayat Raj, DWAMA, and the resolution of public grievances through the dedicated public grievance redressal platform.

Meanwhile, Banaganapalle MLA and Minister of Roads and Buildings B.C. Janardhan Reddy reviewed the arrangements for the Chief Minister’s visit.

He inspected the helipad site in Banaganapalle and supervised the preparatory arrangements at the public meeting venue in the town.Mr. Janardhan Reddy also reviewed the security measures and asked the district administration to make the meeting a success through coordinated efforts.
