Braves Should Consider Trading For Underused Dodgers Infielder

Ha-Seong Kim has not played like he did last year, and Jorge Mateo is more of a utility player than an everyday shortstop.

With the trade deadline approaching, the Braves should consider trading for Hyeseong Kim of the Los Angeles Dodgers.Kim is stuck in the minor leagues for the Dodgers. He can play shortstop, second base and in the outfield, but the Dodgers have Mookie Betts, Tommy Edman, Teoscar Hernández, Andy Pages and Kyle Tucker blocking his path to playing time in The Show.

Kim has played in 43 games this season and has a .259 average, five stolen bases, 11 RBIs and four extra-base hits. He needs to get regular at-bats, and on the Braves, he could be the everyday shortstop.
