It took owner-baker Rowan Attwell more than a year of recipe development to strike that magical balance between levity and indulgence, and you’d be hard-pressed to find better anywhere in Sydney. The Kingsford store opens exclusively for pick-up orders on weekdays, but you can also find Attwell at Maroubra, Paddington and Bondi Markets. Good to know: There are about six flavours of cinnamon bun, ranging from sweet-salty pistachio, to gochujang and cheddar.
