1.11, you can access the Horizon quest from the objective board section. That said, you must complete the previous two Animus Quests, including Lost and Found.
Ad Trending Afterward, track the Horizon quest from the objective board and navigate to the southeast section of the Kii region. Next, proceed to the Nakahechi Route, and head towards the seashore. You will find the newly opened Rift area nearby.
Select the prompt "Leap" to start the Horizon quest in Assassin's Creed Shadows. To jump and grab the opposite side's ledge, only use the jump button without any directional input. Ad When you've reached the upper area, wait for the Eagle's dialogues. Afterward, you need to access three different portals and override their respective data fragments.

When inside, proceed towards the tower and defeat the enemies. You can then sprint using Yasuke and break the door ahead.
Ad Continue forward to find a staircase blocked by some rocks. Carry the explosive from the right side, place it near the stairs, and shoot at it to clear the pathway. Go upstairs, defeat the enemy, and climb down through here (Image via Ubisoft) Head upstairs, continue ahead, enter the next room via the door on the left, and you will encounter an enemy.
You will also turn into Yasuke here, so the battle will be quite easy. Go into the next room and climb down from there. Ad Reach the rocky platform nearby (Image via Ubisoft) As soon as you get down, you will turn into Naoe.
Crawl forward to the end, climb up, and exit through the window. Then, get on the rooftop and move to the left. Reach the location shown in the image, then use the grappling hook and jump down to the rocky platform ahead.

Use Naoe's throwables at it to create an explosion and clear the way. Enter through the window, adopt Yasuke's form by interacting with the floating cube, and defeat the enemy.
Ad Note: You will lose the form if you get hit several times. Interact with the cube to regain Yasuke's form. Next, go upstairs and throw the explosive towards the rocks ahead to clear the path.
If it doesn't hit the fire, you can simply shoot at it to create an explosion. Proceed towards the window, exit, and use the rooftop to reach the other side. Override the data fragment on the rooftop (Image via Ubisoft) Head to the platform on the right, climb up the subsequent one, then use the grappling hook to reach the rooftop.
There, interact with the Override prompt to clear the portal. Ad Clearing the second portal Access the second portal (Image via Ubisoft) Use the grappling hook in the middle to enter the second portal, and you will start as Naoe. That said, you must stay hidden in this area.
If the enemies detect you, you will return to this portal's starting point. Exit the house, and keep track of the enemy movements. Ad Move forward while staying hidden (Image via Ubisoft) Avoid the patrolling ones, use the bushes to move forward, then crawl through the log ahead.
Next, reach the next bush area, and proceed from the left when the guard moves away. Ad Go through this path (Image via Ubisoft) Use the crawl mechanic to move, and after a bit, turn left to find a narrow pathway ahead. Continue ahead and wait for the Eagle to distract the guards at the front.
When they move away, quickly proceed to the next bush. Ad Enter the cave (Image via Ubisoft) From there, go to the right side's bush and wait for the Eagle to distract the guard near the entrance. When the guard is distracted, enter the location ahead, and continue forward.
