Ad Wide grin An anomaly with a wide smile (Image via Roblox) Smiling anomalies can be identified without the use of a camera. Such anomalies have a face with bulging eyes, prominent eyebags, and a wide unnatural grin. Some could have small but wide eyes and human-like teeth.

Ad Black figure The black figure (Image via Roblox) This anomaly only appears on the CCTV camera. While using the equipment, you'll notice a black figure with glowing red eyes and monstrous teeth inside the booth. The camera will automatically zoom in on the creature, and you must turn it off immediately to avoid losing Sanity points.

Ad Photo inaccuracies Check for differences in the photos (Image via Roblox) The anomaly's photo will feature them with an unnatural grin, bloodshot eyes, a grainy effect, a dark background, or extra-large eyes. They may also have different ears compared to the ones in the photo, which is the biggest clue about their anomalous self.
