2024년 11월, 부산 수영구에 사는 박영팔(가명·69)씨는 절박한 심정으로 부산의 한 경찰서를 찾았다. 박씨는 평생 모은 3억3000만원을 누군가의 계좌로 이체하고 난 뒤에야 보이스피싱 사기를 당했다는 것을 깨달았다. 허겁지겁 경찰서로 뛰어갔지만, 경찰은 박씨에게 빨리 은행에 가보라고 했다고 한다. 은행에서도 뾰족한 수가 없었다. 박씨의 돈이 이체된 계좌를 동결해 범인들의 현금 인출을 막아야 했지만, 은행은 박씨 계좌만 정지했다. 결국 박씨는 돈이 이체된 사기 의심 계좌에 남아 있던 4000만
