Although his time as Ted Black didn't last long, Stephen Amell is headlining another franchise-expanding series that seems far more promising thanSuits LA. After the original Suits took off as a major streaming success on Netflix, creator Aaron Korsh set his sights on a spinoff: the California-based Suits LA, meant to be a new chapter for one of the biggest late bloomers of the century. After years of production, Suits LA finally premiered in February 2025 as arguably the most highly-anticipated title of the year.
Unfortunately, Suits LA practically fell flat immediately for longtime fans of the original series.
