[단독] 최저임금보다 더 받는 실업급여 손본다
정부가 실업급여(구직급여) 수급액이 최저임금 근로자의 실수령액보다 많아지는 ‘소득 역전’ 현상을 막기 위해 제도 개편에 착수했다. 그동안 최저임금 실수령액보다 실업급여가 많은 경우가 발생해 “실업급여가 근로 의욕을 떨어뜨린다”는 지적이 제기돼 왔는데, 이를 고치겠다는 것이다. 실업급여 월 수급액을 낮추는 대신 전체 수급 기간을 늘리는 방식이 유력하게 검토되고 있다.
